History
Though incorporated in 1999, the people in HRD was in the Human Resource industry since 1997. We started off under the name of Human Resources Development Co., Ltd., a licensed manpower agency own by Mr. Ismail Hassan.
Due to manpower shortage and requirement from our clientele, Mr. Ismail Hassan established Human Resources Development to provide service of workers supply to oversea and management of HR functions. In year 2000, we identify the urgent need of supplying to assist employers in more of their HR functions especially in payroll and benefits administration. Our years of hard work and determination saw us through and HRD is now being awarded the recruitment license from Home Ministry of Labour and Immigration Department to operate.

Overview
HRD assumes most of the risks and responsibilities of principal. Employee have access to benefits such as workmen compensation, health care, well equipped hostel & proper transport. As a strategic partner, HRD will administer the Human Resource functions, from recruitment, employee benefits, payroll, cos & risk management to tax/levy administration.
